Master Math

Overview

• Master Math features innovative math curriculum to help elementary school students develop stronger math skills while fostering a love for math.
  
  
• Each student starts with an assessment and is then given personalized curriculum.
  
  
• We add a wide variety of educational games to the mix to ensure that every student is having fun while significantly improving his or her math skills.
  
  
• Number Masters aligns with state standards and benchmarks and is taught by experienced professionals.
  
  
• The program was co-developed by a local G.A.T.E. teacher and JoAnn Shogan, co-founder of Lafayette Academy.
  
  
• Hundreds of students have been inspired to love math while greatly improving their fundamental skills and math sense.

What Happens in Class

• We assess each student during the first class.
• He or she is then given an appropriate workbook and assignments.
• Our instructors work with students individually and in small groups as the students work on their assignments.
• We play group games that are educational and fun.
• Each day's lesson plan and results are recorded to ensure steady progress.
• You receive periodic progress reports.

Fees

• Register for 15 sessions for $30/class ($450 total) - only $112.50/month for four months.
• Register for 10 sessions (the minimum requirement) for $35/class ($350 total) - only $87.50/month
• Each session is one hour.
